Take Off

Very Narrow and Rocky when flying on a SW, takeoff from the top is possible when more Westerly (far more room Hang Gliders).

Top Landing

Good but fairly small.

Bottom landing

Land in or near the car park due south of the tor, if uncertain or winds are high you can land in the flat area before crossing the road to the car park (watch out for bogs!).

No express permission has been given to land in any of the fields but if you get too low there are several in the valley. Lots of them have power lines and horses in though, so please take care.

Hazzards

Turbulent Site. Hang Gliders should inspect landing area prior to take off.

XC Flying

Excellent potential.

Directions
