Visiting Pilots

To fly South Devon Hang-gliding and Paragliding Club sites visiting pilots must obtain a month’s membership for £5.

Annual Membership starts 1st March each year.As a club member you agree to abide by the conditions of our Constitution.

Annual membership is just £15.
Access to around 20 flying sites
Additional flying sites via reciprocal agreements with our neighbours: Kernow Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association, North Devon Hang Gliding & Paragliding Club, and Devon & Somerset Condors.
Coaching from BHPA Club Coaches and advice from experienced pilots
Subsidised yearly reserve repack
Subsidised 1st Aid Courses
BHPA Pilot rating lectures and exams
BHPA Courses organised for coaching, first aid, etc.
Regular guest speakers
Club Telegram groups for important information, advice, and live flying conditions.
Monthly Meetings to discuss flying techniques, news, and events.
